Unstoppable Girls CIC runs FREE local ADHD support groups for girls with ADHD
You are so much more than your ADHD yet your ADHD has such a huge impact in all that you are. Our ADHD support groups work with girls, in real life, to explore themselves, their ADHD, who they actually are without the masks and allow them to thrive in a safe environment, free from judgement, where they don’t ever have to feel like they might be the weird one.

Find your Local ADHD Support Group
Our Unstoppable Girls Group Ashford relaunches on Monday 7th September at Ashford Volunteer Centre, running every Monday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. It’s free, there’s no need to book, and you don’t need a diagnosis to come along. Just turn up on the day, or get in touch first at hello@unstoppablegirlsuk.org or via WhatsApp on 07762 187792.
Our other local groups are still paused for now. Finding new venues takes more income than we currently have, so we’re focusing on fundraising to bring them back as soon as we can. Watch this space!
In the meantime, our online offer is still running, including a new series of workshops called Unstoppable Sessions, our Young People’s Board and our parents membership, Unstoppable Parents. To find out more, click Online Support in the menu above.
We will be running local ADHD Support Groups for girls across the south-east. It is completely FREE for girls to attend thanks to our partners & funding. All profits from Unstoppable Girls making this a reality and are fed straight back into Unstoppable Girls to help more girls with ADHD.

As a non-profit organization our ADHD support groups for girls are designed to be FREE for everyone. We believe that all girls with ADHD should have access to free support, tailored to them so they can navigate their Unstoppable journey and thrive!
